Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, offering a peaceful night's rest. The service was professional, though there were some minor inconveniences. The location was excellent, close to amenities and attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit of a mixed bag - from being absolutely freezing to encountering difficulties due to ongoing renovation. Despite that, the service was top-notch in the dining area, although more staff would have been even better. The location was convenient, near the outlet mall, but at times felt overcrowded. Dining was a hit and miss with a wide variety but a rushed experience at times. Overall, the facilities provided were satisfactory, enhancing my stay.
I paid £90 a night for a basic room which was more up to date compared to others, but it was located near a corridor door that made constant banging noises when people passed through, which was quite bothersome. The hotel really needs to address this issue to improve the room experience.
