I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, offering a peaceful night's rest. The service was professional, though there were some minor inconveniences. Despite that, the service was top-notch in the dining area, although more staff would have been even better. The location was convenient, near the outlet mall, but at times felt overcrowded. Dining was a hit and miss with a wide variety but a rushed experience at times. Overall, the facilities provided were satisfactory, enhancing my stay.

I paid £90 a night for a basic room which was more up to date compared to others, but it was located near a corridor door that made constant banging noises when people passed through, which was quite bothersome. The hotel really needs to address this issue to improve the room experience.
